Mounting to the bicycle frame: wrap the rim around the frame, tighten the handle on the side, place the lamp in the holder.
To replace the battery, remove the cover by prying it with a coin, for example, and then place the battery in accordance with the directions.
The lamp has 7 lighting modes, to select one of them or turn off the device, press the switch located on the back of the lamp.
